5/13/26 I'm normally not one to complain, I merely make suggestions. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice, and an egg roll for dinner this evening. The order was easy to place through GrubHub, and the delivery driver followed directions to the letter and was on time. Unfortunately, he dropped the food off on my porch and left without my tipping him; I never put tips on credit cards; I always pay cash when it comes to tipping. Anyway, everything was delicious; the only thing was the Sweet and Sour Chicken was a tad bit overcooked—it could have used two to three minutes less in the fryer. I was able to doctor it up by pouring the sweet and sour sauce over it and allowing it to soften. Next time I place an order, I'll simply ask if they could cook the chicken a little less. Lotus Pond has always been my family's go-to Chinese Restaurant since I can remember; my parents started taking me there when Mr. and Mrs. Kuey were the owners—that's how far back. Unfortunately, they passed away 10 years ago, but I still carry on the tradition. I get carryout from Lotus Pond; it's the best Chinese food in my book. Thank you!

Their food is so delicious 😋 my family and I eat here on a regular. The shrimp egg foo young, orange chicken, shrimp fried rice, crab rangoon, all delicious 😋 10 out of 10

Just started eating from here a few times for lunch. Unfortunately, the food I ordered was over due or expired. I ate a stirred-fry chicken with vegetables. The chicken have an odor taste like it's over due. I pretty much feel sick and nausea afterwards each bite so I stopped. I really suggest before taking out orders from here, check your food before you leave. I won't be coming here again.

I went here and the chicken fried rice was really good. There was a gentleman in front of me who was not sure what he had gotten before. The cashier was really nice to him and tried to guess what he wanted by the description which I thought was really good customer service. There were several people waiting for food when I arrived. Lo mein is not as good as Kams but it is decent. Large portions. Ate on it for 2 and a half days. Will go here again.

They used to feel the rice the whole way up on that side now they only give you a corner of rice and try to make it look like that the egg roll takes up another side. The charge you the same price if not more for what you used to get only to give you less of what you should get. I personally don't like to eat here because there are sesame chicken does not taste right to me but my husband likes The almond chicken. I just feel like every time we go we're being ripped off now for one quart of Szechuan vegetables it's $13 and some change. I don't think it's ever cost that much!!!
